BAN is in an easier group.

And AFG is in the right track, beating PAK by 85 runs.

BD U/19 already ensured SF berth by beating UAE and Nepal. Today's match against SL will determine whether our boys will face India or AFG in the semi.

Good win and a top innings from Mahmadul Hasan.

It's going to be a real test against the afghans in the semi

We've reached 4 consecutive semi-finals in 4 years. Can we reach the final on the 4th attempt?

He has been a super-duper failure so far - not only expensive, can't take wicket either. Ashraful, an offie, replaced him for the tour.

Mahmudul Hasan Joy currently have 51 average in U/19 ODIs. For any of our U/19 players, who played more than 2 matches at this level, he's the first one to break the 50 barrier

It appears this is our strongest U-19 team in many years (2016 team only made WC semifinals due to playing at home).

Post the link for the game please. I'd like to see the likes of Shoriful and M'Joy.

Our best results outside Bangladesh so far are 5th spot by Mushfiq and Co in 2006, and 6th spot last year in Australia.

I will be very happy if our boys make the top 4 next year in SA.
