That's like a 10th team under-23 team. Where's the youngster that was clocking over 145kph in the under-19 WC?

Nagarkoti? He's injured. Hasn't played IPL in 2 years either.

They also have Shivam Mavi from the same batch.

Has to do with the fact that a good chunk of our fringe players are going with the A team to Sri Lanka.

These guys in HP team are going just for the exposure. None of them barring a few are in contention for the national team right now.

Really? Gotta love Bangladesh. Under-23 or Over-38.

I am not sure if you are allowed to insert 2 or 3 over aged players like you can do in soccer. But we won, be it using DWL but win is a win.

Series leveled. Well done!

U-23 often you can. But doesnt matter, Indian team can do the same. Any win against any Indian side is an achivement. You have to factor in how much more they have over all teams in terms of resources, exposure, and influence. An Indian A team or developmental side will regulalry tour Australia or England. Conrast that too a Pakistani or Sri Lankan team and its little wonder why India competes in overseas tours.

By the same token why BD teams struggle overseas. We play only the likes of SL or WI awayin terms of defelopmental tours.
