Argh..... MISSED Stumping... could have been 6 down...

Qureshi to Mason : [missed stumping] Mason plays for the spin but the ball goes straight on. Unfortunately Irvine was also playing for the spin and misses a simple stumping chance.

Tight bowling so far. The sooner we get into the tails the better...

Picker still has overs left...

Lee at the end with his doosra vs tailenders could be destructive.

Things have gone out of control.

The hitting by those two batsman have been deadly.

Ok Picker has just taken the 6th wicket. Perhaps a bit too late?

Anything less than 300, you think your batsmen can change it?

They already have a winning score.

I was aiming to restrict them under 220, its going to be really tough.

They have experienced spinners and with doosra etc..

So 291 is the target. That is doable. ..but not on this wicket.

Is it a coincidence that both Sporting Bengal and Halogens made 190 in their pavilion cup matches?

Off to a winning start in this season's opener T20 match. Commanding win it was, setup by the bowlers(the faster men) Hooghiemster registered his 3rd five-wicket haul in this format, supported by Budden who took 3 wickets, along with Flynn who picked up 2. Dismissed the much higher rated team for a paltry 114.

Skipper Martin led the chase with an unbeaten 31*

Good victory for Sporting Bengal also, should dominate the T20 league.

Decent start from Dale, picked up 2 wickets with economy of 5.

Still not happy with batting, boys have to start clicking properly.

Have you any one your permanent captain yet?

Ever since I gave Martin the captaincy, I have seen good team performance, usually he leads from the from. But, he gives the others chances... he is someone like Graeme Smith for me.

It's tough to pick a captain, but I'm sticking with Barett.

You see, sometimes Barett doesn't perform, and I feel like selling him..

But his captaincy level is accomplished, hence auto. My VP is Pictet.

It's just overall, the batting unit needs to step up.

Probably it takes some time for the team to gel. My boys are a good unit, very united. If we lose, we lose. We always think about the next game with a free mind. I am very reluctant to fire any of them because I connect with every single one of them. If they struggle, I give them a rest in training.

My next in line to be captain is Yuvraj Pathan...

I think Pictet is a special player for you. Is Barrett performing?

Barrett performs on and off, and that's a problem, consistency.

Going to stick by him this season, don't have any other experienced all-rounders in team.

Hopefully he can be a bit more consistent, with the ball.
