Sumon keeps amazing me, everyone else sucks, yet he stands firm and plays his game.

He got out because he did not want to EMBARESS his teammates anymore. They are already probably looking at him as if he is some kind of GOD (bathtub accident na CHAI) just like they see the mortals from South African as 'gods'.

Also, he probably felt a little embarresed coming out after two games and still outscoring ALL the top order bats in one innings. Oh, the humility.

Well - on the negative side - it was I think the most flat track of the 3 match one day series.

On the positive track - this is why Bulbul and Akram were sacked. Considering that Sumon's not playing in the first 2 ODIs reason was his out of form and also a punishment for his indisciplin by taking the car out to drive with some other senior players (may be without taking permission), Sumon had a personal goal besides the team goal.

His goal was to show everybody - including the selectors or the team management - whoever gets to decide who will be in the final eleven and who will not be; that he has something in him that is, he is not finished yet.

Akram could not show it by scoring a fifty against SL (only managed 20 runs in 1 innings). So he was sacked after a come back.

Bulbul had the spirits to show it earlier against India in Bangladesh's inaugural test match by scoring a maiden hundred. Thus, he could play more matches than Akram.
