IF Balak play, there is no doubt about Germany's win. Only problem is for Germany: this is the opening match---in the past a lot of upset happened.

Looks like the entire deportivo Saprissa is playing for Costa Rica. 8 of them. The next team with higest players for Costa Rica is Deportivo Alajuelense with 5. This only means these players have played side by side for a longer period of time than the Germans. Good luck to the Costa Ricans. Althought my prediction would be 2-0 in favor of Germany.

I predict an upset. Watch out. Is it on the web? I would like to buy a package to watch it at work.

Germany (as much as I hate them) should win this comfortably, especially with the home support.

IMO football WCs are always great, but I hope this one doesn't turn out to be like France '98. Brazil has a poor record in European WCs and they're my favourite + Germany being the last runners-up now playing at home has a huge advantage like France did.
