The first test against England will end on May 30

May 31 was Group B: Bangladesh v Pakistan at Northampton - May 31, 1999
Bangladesh won by 62 runs. Bangladesh 223-9 (50 ov); Pakistan 161 (44.3 ov).

we won our 100 odi, that was historic
and may 31 is a historic day as well
i hope BD can make some new history so we can talk about som thing else positive rather than WC99
on may 31

I hope so too. I doubt BD will win but im hoping for a draw at least or at maybe going out fighting. But in any case WIN IS ALWAYS BETTER.

Five days is a long long time, and I bet one team would WIN, I hope that is BANGLADESH, If there is no rain this would not be a draw...

All I hope for is a good fight because there are lot of people just waiting to hit out at the team if they lose with in 3 days, lose by an inninngs or Score less than 200 in an inninngs.

I think Success for BG will be Scoring 250 Plus in first inns and Making Eng Bat twice and taking test to 4th Day.

We won our 100 odi? I don't get it. I think that win was our 3rd in ODIs. We have so far won 9 in total unless I am missing out on one or two.

Oh right. Yeah. I thought you were still talking about the ODI against Pakistan.

Talking of coincidences and superstition, everyone on here should try to do whatever it is that they do to and pray to whoever it is that they pray to in order to get the sun out, specifically over the northern part of London, during the five days between the 26-30 of May. If we get five sunny days and the wicket dries up and the English bowlers dont get help from the conditions, we might be able to bat for long enough periods to get a draw out of the test match at Lords. If, however, the majority of days during the Test match are overcast, I think we will struggle big time!!
