let alone referring third umpire for lbws, Tony-Rod did not even refer bat-pad catch of Bresnan! Whereas, they referred third umpire for review of Shakib's bounce-catch for few mins! After watching the first innings, I felt like both umpires were just waiting to give BD bastmen out. They did not let go a single hit-pad appeal!

all jokes aside, i hope that the BCB now comes to a realization.

its good that we hae siddons and shakib to rant and rave and bring this to attention and the forefront.

1) BCB must spring for UDRS. we simply cannot have top order let offs on both sides of the toss. it used to be that our top order would score 25-30 runs each regardless of how many lives they got. but that is no longer the case, almost all of our top order bats can score 100s and a couple of them doubles if they just get the chance.

2) BCB must file a list of umpires with documentation to the ICC and tell them to find us a solution.

its true, we can't take 20 wickets. but its just as true as the umpires will make sure that we won't.
