Default London, UK will host the 2012 Olympics.

How do you think UK will do?

I think you need to change your heading. It should be Great Britain/UK not England only. Also in olympic games the British team is referred to as 'Team GB'.

It looks like two times in a row the best techincal bid for the Olympic games losses out... First it was Toronto. Now Paris.... I wish good luck to London and I hope to see if they can have a great olympic games... maybe as good as sydney.

I think the only reason London won was because THEY had the better technical bid. Any way its always nice to see the Frenchies get one in the goolies. :P

Wonder how Chirac must be feeling after his recent ill-timed swipe at British cuisine

I am so glad to see London won 2012 olympics bid. London bidder really worked hard and whole country was supported behind this bid. I am really proud to be a Londoner. There are another reason why I am so happy because the company I am working for was the promoter for London2012 olympics. And guess what London olympic village going to be build up just about 15/20 minutes away just where I live.
