Just saw the net RR of SL(-0.989) and Zim(-1.087)..this is too close..so if SL lose by even a small margin say 20 runs I think SL will be knocked out..this is a must win game for SL

in that case, should play the strongest lineup so that we get Zim in final.

abul or sunzamul? ideally abul vs SL unless nothing can be done about pitch deterioration.

nasir or someone else?

SL favourite for this match.

1. Zimbabwe lose but they are still alive in the tournament. If Sri Lanka lose to Bangladesh by around 70 runs on Thursday, ZIM will go through on the basis of NRR.

2. Then SL need to make sure that Bangladesh do not chase the target before 37.5 overs (approximately).

I would personally like a SL/BD Final.

Hopefully SL lose by a small margin and it’s a exciting match.

BD/SL Final would be nice, more competitive.

I want to see Riyad scoring few runs this time. He is the only one out of Big 5 who didnt contribute much in this tournament. Time for him to Shine

Mash should be rested and either Sakib or Tamim could be given a rest.
But not more than two.

We have lost to SL 10 wickets twice. Lost to them by 198 runs. 9 wicket three times (Twice before the Test status). Bhulini amra.

Show no mercy. Knock them out. Most likely we will never face a weaker SL team EVER again. Chandimal said he has something under his sleeve for us. Say what?

Go with full strength. Ranking points is involved.

Someone should post the following in the locker room.

6-34 SL. And Chandimal's "We have something up our sleeves" comment.

I want to face Sri Lanka in the final. Game will be more exciting and worthwhile. Don't agree about resting players in form. Why fix something if it ain't broken? hope this one is a close affair, and we don't win by a bonus point.

The beauty of this match is, the outcome and type of outcome will dictate fairness of who should be in the finals.

We lose, then of course SL deserves to be in the final.
We win by a small margin, then SL still deserves to be in the final.
We win by a big margin, THEN NO, SL does NOT deserve to be in the final. And I would be happy to face Zim.

Nasir who is in the side as an all rounder takes so much heat for his batting. While Mahmadullah, who is in the side for solely as a batsman goes unscathed from critics and fans alike. This needs to be looked at.
