Batting Averages -

1) Mehrab Hossain - 14.85 in 7 tests
2) Mohammad Ashraful - 22.64 in 9 tests
3) Habibul Bashar - 31.48 in 17 tests
4) Akram Khan - 16.16 in 6 tests
5) Alok Kapali - 34.11 in 5 tests
6) Khaled Mahmud - 13.00 in 3 tests
7) Sanwar Hossain - 18.92 in 7 tests
8) Enamul Haque - 12.92 in 9 tests
9) Mohammad Rafique - 20.66 in 2 tests
10) Mashrafee Bin Murtoza - 7.28 in 4 tests
11) Monjurul Islam - 3.63 in 14 tests
12) Javed Omar - 23.68 in 10 tests
13) Tapash Baisya - 9.00 in 5 tests
14) Mohammad Selim - has not played in any test maches yet

Bowling Averages -

1) Monjurul Islam - 55.33 and 24 wickets in 14 tests
2) Tapash Baisya - 54.00 with 11 wickets in 5 tests
3) Mashrafee Murtoza - 31.16 with 12 wickets in 4 tests
4) Enamul Haque - 52.55 with 18 wickets in 9 tests
5) Mohammad Rafique - 68.33 with 3 wickets in 2 tests
6) Alok Kapali - 163.50 with 2 wickets in 5 tests
7) Sanwar Hossain - 45.33 with 3 wickets in 7 tests
8) Mohammad Ashraful - 104.00 with 3 wickets in 9 tests
9) Khaled Mahmud - 141.00 with 1 wicket in 3 tests

Notice that Mohammad Rafique and skipper Khaled Mahmud are the least and second least experienced test players in the side. Also Mohammad Selim is the debutant.

Sumon, Ashraful and Kapali, the 3 half centurian in this recently concluded TVS cup have the best batting average.

I expect Rafique and Kapali's bowling averages to improve.
