That is a topic best left to be judged by statistics, not opinions. There is no way to count or estimate the percentage either. Quite honestly I think the poll is unfair. Shoaib, Lee, Murali, Afridi are not chuckers. Afridi's only problem was with the ball he used to use as his surprise delivery (that is actually faster than some of our medium pace bowlers' full run-up deliveries).
So in a way Murali is the most effective of the lot and statistics would agree. However saying that he is an effective chucker is an insult to Murali's and others' talent and efforts.

Firstly, all of them are not chucker. So asking the question "who is the most effective chucker?" is highly confusing.
The thread title is very misleading to say the least.

What would you say when bowlers joints (from birth) are disformed? chuckers? Some umipires and fans of oppositions have labeled these bowlers who had that defect as chuckers. You also have them as chuckers in your list.
It is unfair to call them chuckers. Murali is one of them. He should not be in the list.

Looks like there are lots bowlers with joints (from birth) are disformed now a days. It must be something to do with environment.
Looks like Rajjak mia is in #2 in the poll.
