Default Hattrick.org - Represent Bangladesh

I came across this site the other day and found it very interesting...

Hattrick is an online football game where you trade players and coach your team in competition with hundreds of thousands of opponents playing simultaneously from all over the world. As well as the game, the community of players provide a great deal of entertainment.

Currently, there are 106 countries represented in Hattrick. Each season, the HT team add new ones to the spectrum. There are more than 700,000 managers all over the world.

After a short registration period, the user receives a team. Nearly always, the newbie takes over someone's old, defunct team, and the team's position in the league structure with an initial set of players, a weak coach, a small stadium, fanclub, and staff. The player is then free to manage his or her squad, sell and purchase the players, define a training scheme, and so forth. If the player is successful enough to win their league, he or she is granted promotion to a higher league the next four-months-long season, half of the time by automatic promotion and the other half via a playoff game with a team that finished in the qualification zone in a league above.

Hattrick is completely free to play. The normal service includes the ability to change the training type, hire and fire your staff, buy and sell players, set your lineup for the match, invest in a youth squad, and run the club as an owner of a football club would. As with any manager game, the player must assign positions to the players and some basic tactics and strategic options.

Go to http://hattrick.org for more info.

I have noticed that is not in their world rankings (because no one in BD has a team) so i thought if some of you joined then they could be there. You could also be elected as Bangladesh National team manager. What fustrates me is that India and Pakistan are there so i thought why not Bangladesh.

Yes. I joined too. But how they will understand that I am from Bangladesh? There is no option for that.

That's the reason why i wanted people living in Bangladesh to join because when you visit the site it tells you at the top what country your in and a drop down menu with many countries. Bangladesh isn't there so i thought if someone joined from BD than the option might appear... maybe i'm wrong.

Anyway if you like football (or soccer) you should join because it is great fun. you play against other human teams. We could challenge each other to friendlies. My team is Sporting Bengal FC.

I think the best thing we can do is that we can send them emails, requesting to add Bangladesh team. If a lot of us send emails to website administrator, then I am sure they will also include Bangladesh.

I sent an eamil to this email address: global@hattrick.org Is this the right one to direct such comments? Let me know please? We should try to incourage other people from this forum to join Hattrick and also send emails to the administrators to include Bangladesh.

I sent an e-mail yesterday to my local GM at england@hattrick.org and wrote this:

hi there, since there is no bangladesh gm i am contacting you. i would like to ask why bangladesh isn't represented in hattrick.org. i have friends in bangladesh who want to join but cannot find their country in the drop down menu. i am sorry if you are the wrong person to contact over this, please then could you forward this to the right person.

thank you for your time

I got this in a reply:

Hi global guys and girls,

Do we have any information about whether a Bangladesh league is going to be added in the future?

The email below suggests there may be demand for a league there...

Kind Regards,
GM-Rlinney2001
English Gamemaster

Below was my original e-mail, i'm assuming the english gm forwarded this to someone else. Hopefully i will get a reply soon.

This is the message I sent to global@hattrick.org

Hi, My name is Shakir. I am a registerd member of
Hattrick. I am From Bangladesh, but I didn't see any
leagues from Bangladesh in Hattrick. There a lot of
other Bangladeshi people who are registered in
Hattrick but they were unhappy that you guys didn't
include the Bangladesh League. I noticed that you
included India and Pakistan, but why not us? I seen
the current FIFA ratings, and Bangladesh is currently
a head of Pakistan. I would like to request you guys
to please include Bangladesh in Hattrick. Please,
Please, Please.

Here is the reply I got from him:

Hello,

The HT's decide this. I will tell them to think about your country.

Kind regards,
GM-Holmel

Here is the reply I got from asia@hattrick.org

Hi,

Thank you for playing Hattrick. Hattrick will surely add more and more leagues gradually. And usually the process is done during off season. I will submit your proposal to the person in charge. However, I am not sure on when will it be implemented. Please have patience on it. Thanks.

Regards,
Hattrick Asia GameMaster

Good work mshakir. Well, I got this reply:

Hello,

Please contact HT-Johan at johan@hattrick.org, he will be able to check whether there is in fact a need for this specific new league.

Kind regards,

Unfortunately, not yet. However, I am aware that they add new countries at the end of each season and am pretty sure that Bangladesh will be included.

I haven't even played my first match yet, but I saw my player stats, and they are horrible. I am buying some new players, but I don't think that will change anything. My first league match is on the 27, but I already know i am gono loose.
here is my team information: Bangla (228397)

i usd to be a member of managerzone.com about a few years ago. thats a much better game than hattrick.org. try managerzone.com if u like soccer management games. plus it's got real time 3d animation of games played by your very own team, which is very unique for management games.

Did you know that you have to pay for the 3D animation?
