Default moderation

just a quick suggestion. i'd prefer if mods warned/chided members via u2u, instead of posting it in a thread. teachers would do the same in front of students back in middle school in order to embarrass the kid, so he refrains from performing the same misdeed again. it was a learning process.

i think the members in BC are matured enough. when someone crosses the line, a warning via u2u can get the job done. it also helps the look of the forum itself.

Shovon,

It's okay to warn people publicly if he/she deserves it. But, to do that you have to understand first who deserves it, and who doesn't. Some warnings are absolutely necessary while some are not, and that is moderation, and that is healthy. just my opinion.
