Matches against Associate Countries.

I think Bangladesh should go for an European tour and an American tour to play 3 to 5 ODIs against countries like Holland, Ireland, or Scotland and Canada or Bermuda to help the associate countries to get more matches and to develop them or they should invite 2 or 3 countries to play 3 ODIs.

were gonna play kenya 3 more times, Bermuda twice and Canada and Scotland once. Plus touring europe will cost a lot of money.

i thought it was kenya three times more and zimbabwe seven.

I am in favor of supporting the associate members, but not this year, when we have 10 matches scheduled against Kenya and Zim. That would be suicidal. If possible, we should reduce the number of Zim matches to 3-4. After World cup, we can think of playing the associates. NOT NOW!

It's not yet time for us to think about others. I believe, first of all we need to reach to a certain position in world cricket. It's for sure that there is already a difference between BD and other associates. But we have to remember that we are still 10th and the difference with top 9 is also still a lot. We should try to play more against better sides than us and we can improve by doing so only. But of course once in while playing against lower grades would be fine for confidence (as we did against Kenya).

I whole heartedly agree with Ajitlalm. Just want to add all test playing nations should do that if they really want to promote Cricket in the global stage. Thats the only way associate nations can get better. But Certain boards would not entertain this idea at all. They are reluctant to play the minnows let alone associate members.
