Good! Finally ICC has succeeded in putting BD in the second division. There are no games against any of the top eight teams for a full year (except for the chalengers cup where we will play SL and WI)! Can we not negotiate something with individual boards to improve the situation?

Yes, we can, if the other boards do agree.

I don't know the accuracy of this, but I heard that the reasoning behind playing all ODI's in Harare is because of the chronic fuel shortages (ie. the bus, or domestic flight might not have any fuel to make it to Bulawayo).

The Itinerary is not showing any twenty-twenty match. According to FTP there should be one.

Bangladesh National Team defeated BCB academy team by 26 runs
Senior team made 230/5 in stipulated 45 over. Notable contribution Javed Omar 81 from 76 balls (retired un-hurt), Shahriar Nafees 61 and Bashar 53. In reply Acedmy tyeam managed 204 for 9 wickets. Tamim Iqbal made 42 from 42 deliveris, Nadif Choudhury 57.
It seems Javed Omar has changed his batting style and will be producing some blistering innings in coming Zim-Kenya tour

I don't mind, if JO can produce runs with good strike rate, what's the problem???
We should not be allergic to a particular person. We need performance and if anybody performs, we should be beside him.

If he makes runs then its good. But to be honest I dont like him because the way he bats. Its awful. He doesn't know how to pull, he only knows few countable strokes. Everyone got some ability to improve but it seems that he does not know how to progress. He could not correct his bating technique i.e his bat often twists in his hands thus he gets no control over his shots. This is a basic mistake.

Get your technique right and come back in the team. Thats my view. And in my ODI team JO won't have a place. He doesn't play for runs in ODI and useless innings are to be ignored.
