If I understand you correctly you want to write the word "BanglaCricket" and you want to put in a hyperlink there instead of writing www.banglacricket.com?

To do this, after typing in the word "BanglaCricket", you highlight it, and then click this icon:

...and then paste the address of the website. What will appear is this:"BanglaCricket"

On a related note, I've been having issues with html links lately. For example, take a look at this. Roll over the link and notice how a space appears out of nowhere (after the first 'p' in the 'php' extension) in the link. This doesn't happen all the time, but mostly with long links.

Edit: As a matter of fact, it seems to be fine now; pretty spontaneous really.
