Thanks Fazal for remembering that quote. This quote always inspires WI to play well against India. The result is: After making that quote India find themselves as a losing team for 6 times in 7 matches. Thanks a lot to chappell.

I hope now Indian “Big Mouth Press” and “Big Mouth Indian Supporters” leave WI alone and think about their team very much.

Seen that on TV. Even this monkey's more passionate about cricket than the Indian cricket lovers, who only flock to see matches involving their 'great indian team'. What an irony..........

Another defeat on the cards for England.

I am wondering when England will have their next ODI win? I mean. when they will be playing against associate countries again?

The scheduling is atoacious. BCCI basically babied their cricketers (unfair to other teams like WI/Pakistan who had to play two matches with only a day's break) during the group scheduling.

It's funny how Indian media still drums themselves up like the big kahuna in world cricket and their attitude towards West indies is simply nasty. However, on field, where it really matters, WI are the true giants. Not just that, they are a true sporting nation. They have always been a gracious host and competitor to Bangladesh. That's what real men and sportsmen are made of.

Wesy Indies for CT.
(BD for WC...eheh)

End of over 30 (5 runs) - England 159/3 (114 runs required from 20 overs, RR: 5.30, RRR: 5.70)

This could be a close match if Eng can save wickets for another 10 overs.

England is crusing well after two quick wickets. This partnership is crucial for England.

I doubt about Englands ability to win this match.

So most probably, now its gonna be an Australia v NewZealand semi-final, and West Indies would be in contention against South Africa in the 2nd semifinal.

Great victory by England, at last they leave with some pride.. still I think WI can defend the title, if they can stick together and perform as a team.

right..wi runrate is very less compared to aus and ind.only a no result or a tie can save windies from facing saffies.gayle and bravo in particular played too slow because personal milestones.lara didnt play well.but he was never selfish.lara inspite of being a legend .his average in odis is not that high over 40.inspite of that he was never selfish.went for the runs and failed.i really laugh when ppl say lara is selfish.the man hit 20-24 runs before beating hayden/s record in boundaries with two huge sixes.no other batsman on earth wud do that.selfishness cost wi the game.

It's going to be a great loss for the Indian team in today's match.I was expecting some contest at least.Bowling as always was real crap.Anyway,I am not dissapointed as it was not a surprise at all,it was expected.I doubt they would have defended even 300+.

India never looked to be in control and winning this match. This was a pretty one sided affair and Aussies desrved to be the winner.

100% Right. India does not deserve to go to the Semi. It is the big boys game...India is not big enough...ha ha

Hu ha India, gaya India.

no hard feelings, but they deserved to be out of the tournament. India should get rid of chappell other wise they will face many more defeats in near future. he turned a good pace bowler a crappy alrounder. and his love for shewag has costed India.

And as a propaganda, they had Dravid complain about the schedule, coz he thought it went AGAINST the indian team, as the team will be out of practice. What a nonsense.
