Nadir Shah becomes first Bangladeshi 'neutral' umpire to officiate ICC World Cricket League
I hope this is the begining of many. Nadir Shah will act as the neutral umpire and will officiate six nation ICC World Cricket League involving hosts Kenya, Bermuda, Ireland, the Netherlands, Scotland and Canada. The tournament will start from Januray 30 and top two teams will qualify for the twenty20 world cup.

I hope this will ultimately lead to cases where Bangladeshi umpire will stand in ODI's involving different countries.

These are Associate member matches. It would be great if it were full member ODIs.

In that case, Buddhi Pradhan of Nepal is already officiating ODI's.
It haven't heppened before for any Bangladeshi umpire. I think this beginning is something exciting for Bangladeshi officials.

Seriously, Nadir Shah is on the right track. As many of you know, he has already officiated in ODIs. I think he will be the first Bangladeshi umpire to make it to the elite panel one day.
Nadir bhai was never shy to tell the truth like it is. Hope some of you remember when the English age level team was visiting. He heard them badmouthing our boys. He sure set them straight. I think his inclusion will bring a never-before seen level of fairness to the elite panel. I would very much like to see him in the panel.

Absolutely. With the shada boys up there ruling the panel, it's definitely difficult for the khoyri ones to survive. Congratulations to Nadif Shah, and hope he makes it to the elite panel.

Nadir Shah uncle is a bit eccentric in nature but he is a good umpire. I have played matches with him officiating in them and it was hilarious at times.

He was a bit cautious, a bit too quick to call the third umpire. But, I think it was just good strategy in his first matches. He was umpiring for several seasons in the USA. Got his training, and was umpiring the local BD first class matches. So, he didn't just get there yesterday. It is indeed many years of hard work.
Nadir Shah remains a party man. He's good company and fun to be around

Nadir Shah in Elite Panel?
Radio Today reports that umpire Nadir Shah has been inducted in the ICC panel of "neutral umpires"! Is it the same as the elite panel?

Nope!
He is simply in the Emirates International Panel Umpires.
Enamul Huq Moni and Ziaul Islam Masud are also there with Nadir Shah.

Where is Mahbubur Rahman and Akhtaruddin Shaheen the umpires who officiated in most of Bangladesh's international matches? Personally I like the list without them as they are horriblke umpires and Nadir Shah and Moni are much better.

Oh
I had my hopes high when I first read the title. I thought he made it to the Elite Emirates Panel.

asking third umpire's help is not bad at all.in fact,it reduces human errors.seems like you know this guy.
