Yeah totally, and also watch his recent "Shutter Island" where he plays a very mentally lost/disturbed person.

Also if I am not mistaken, he did "The Basketball Diaries" or Edward Furlong? Anyway that was a very powerful role and some powerful good acting in that movie, I want to think it was De Caprio.

My only problem with Shutter Island is that the idea is very similar to Sixth Sense, almost stolen from it.

Yes yes, very true! I guess what I am seeing here is a very matured thinking actor trying to get those serious, soemtimes disturbing roles out there! Good for his acting power.

How about The Basketball Diaries?

I really disliked him at one point and felt he was overrated but yeah The Departed changed my perception of him (although Matt Damon outshone him in that film) and now he is undoubtedly one of the best and among my favourites. He was also really good in What's Eating Gilbert Grape as Johnny Depp's brother, that was way before Titanic although I saw it only a couple of years ago.

I watched Shutter Island, Up In the Air, Alice in Wonderland and This Is It during my travel back and forth.

I loved Up In the Air, did not really get much SI due to travel fatigue, AIW was good and MJ just brought back all the memories of faulty dance moves during teen-age.

Going to BD and coming back is itself a movie. BTW, Emirates has the best entertainment channels among all the airlines I traveled with.

Avatar was 17.50. Now Inception is 18.00. Its always in between 16-18. Its sucks man. My sisters, nephews, niceces want to watch movies in 3D but its too expensive to go all together. i thinks its because theres only 2 3D screens in NYC.

really only 2 that can't be right. My cousin took me down to the one at 14th street union square. 18 dollar is way too much. One of my cousin got a new job so she wanted to treat us so she paid for the air bender tickets. There was 8 of us. She ended up paying over almost 150. That's ridiculous. Here in Connecticut usually for 3D's one I have to pay around 13 dollar. But where I work I can get discounted ticket so I get them for 7.50.

i could be wrong about the screens. one of my friend told me that. One on Herald Square 34th street and another on union square. There could be more.

You are lucky man. 13 is reasonable price for 3D. Its cheap everywhere except NYC. 12/13 dollars in Toronto as well.

indeed its 12/13 here. I was kind of forced into the 3D show of the last airbender as the regular shows were all sold out. I had a hard time identifying the 3D part of that movie other than the texts... ... these are not 3D movies at all...

I think there was either 1 or 2 3D fight scene. That's about it. Its all BS just looking to make some money that's all. Nowadays they are making everything into 3D its kind of annoying.

Inception was sooo good man. It may have been the best movie I've ever seen. I mean, the cast and acting was great, but what really made me love it was the whole concept. The first thing I did when I got home from the movie was wiki Lucid Dreaming. So damn cool!!!

Now philosophy professors for the next 3 years will start one of their mindless by saying how many of you guys watched Inception, I'm sure 10 years ago it was the Matrix and 5 years ago was Lost, now this. As if Descartes and Co, weren't boring enough.

Any way in philosophy last semester we watched Waking Life on Lucid Dreaming, 80% on Rotten Tomatoes not bad I guess

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Waking_Life

I'll get to Inception eventually and give my 2 pennies

The teenager in me watched Cruel Intentions, neat little film it was, Should have had the super tragic ending, instead of half and half
