Watched Inception.
It was ok, may be good; but definitely reviews are over hyped. People who are comparing Matrix with Inception need to wake themselves up from their dreams. Inception is nowhere near Matrix in terms concept and story.
My 2 cents.

Watched Salt on friday, Inception yesterday.
Salt was pretty average. Glad that Tom Cruise declined offer to do the film.
Inception was good. But nothing like what people saying these days.

With all due respect Nasif bhai, I don't think concepts can be compared. The Matrix is a different concept to Inception, and both are brilliant in their own right.
I loved the ideas in Inception but I think there was something missing in the execution. Although I'm not sure what I can fault! Definitely needs a rewatch when it comes out on DVD.
Salt doesn't seem exciting to me, don't wanna watch it. I would like to see Creation.

What's the best site to watch movies online nowadays? Started going to theaters a lot and the old links don't work anymore. Since its summer I really don't have better things to do.

I wasn't comparing; just mentioning the fact about those who are comparing. Honestly, somewhat similar story has been told in Dark City (1998). I would rate that much higher. It wasn't as big budget as Inception, its still cult classic.

Finally some sanity in this madness. Inception was okay and just like after sin city people were swooning and it faded away this movie shall pass away to obscurity after 5 years. MMW.
[on a personal note nasif da et others please check out my link in my fb page where I ranted about it in imdb.]

I'm worried about shymalan though. A girl next to me was like I was gonna watch lift but after seeing his name I will skip. Wow. Then again he should just lay low with the shymalan branding until he gets back in the groove.

If raving about it was cool when it first came out, calling it 'over-hyped' is now the cool thing to do. I obsessively lurked on Imdb like a mofo the first two days after it came out (give us a link to your piece bru!), so I've seen how people have turned on it. I totally agree that the movie was imperfect, and fair enough if it just didn't do it for you (but I'd be interested to hear why exactly, without comparisons to other movies). But calling it 'over-hyped' and dismissing the fact that yes, it is pretty damn unique in its concept is just being prejudiced. Just because alternate realities and dream-themed movies have been made before does not make this unoriginal. Honestly, it seems as if intelligent people(?) find it offensive when something that they don't find to be intellectually stimulating IS found to be so by the larger public.
Iron Man raked it in, don't see too many people calling THAT over-hyped (and come on, it's just another superhero movie which has been done before, I preferred Batman & Robin (1997)) and that's because no one expected to take it seriously and it didn't suffer from preconceptions. Please remember that Inception is a Hollywood blockbuster with a huge budget that is prone to all the pitfalls big studios have to offer and judge accordingly.
Watched Shutter Island because of Inception and thought it that was very good, even though I had a good idea from reading here and there how it ended. It was pretty clear from the early parts of the movie anyway, I think the real mystery was how it would all be revealed. Ahh never thought I'd fall in love with Leo again (and for different reasons than around the Titanic era )

Haha I was a big softie for M. Night. I enjoyed Sixth Sense (of course), Unbreakable, the Village and even Signs. But when someone told me the ending of The Happening I knew I couldn't be blind to it anymore. Now I don't even want to see The Last Airbender, even though I really like the cartoon.

It wasn't that bad. If you enjoyed the show, you can somewhat relate to it.
On another note, he needs to use change his "brand" to Manoj Shyamalan. Changing Nelliyattu to Knight might have been cool in highschool, but obviously its not working for him anymore. Better start using the first name; Manoj sounds much better

And that Bangla movie was a remake of a Tamil movie.
Bollywood copying the Tamil one as Dhalywood did.

So 2 years later, I finally watched the Dark Knight, great film. Heath did a fantasitc job, he was the main character a, everything revolved around him and pulled it off brilliantly. The Harvey Dent Character was also great. Basically both of them superceed the stale Batman Character and its what made the Film so good. Bale does a good job as Bruce Wayne but Batman is just missing something, the 3rd film should be a good one w/ larger emphasis on the Batman
Nolan did a good job with the ending, signifying closure w/ the 2 Main Antagonists. Starts Fresh for B3.
