Ireland: 81/4 (27.3 Ovs)

It is getting darker and darker every moment now. There is a big cover of clouds hovering over the stadium and I just feel that play might be called off any moment now.

And just as I press the enter key to post the last message, the light gets worse, the umpires assemble together and call for the covers. On the way out, Bowden has a light moment with Inzamam and one can see an enforced smile on his face. For the information of the users, if there is no more play today then the Duckworth Lewis method will end Pakistan's World Cup campaign. However it is not over yet, stay connected for the upcoming updates.

And now, we just see the hole in the clouds getting bigger. It is pouring down heavier and the rain is washing away Pakistan's hopes. However, the Irishmen will consider this rain as manna dew on St. Pattrick's Day.

I must say the innings of Mushfiq was very very crucial. What a head this kid has on a small shoulder. This kid will take us to long.
