Actually, ICC should arrange the plate phrase for the 8 teams eliminated from the first round of world cup. In that they would have to make sure any team that's name starts with In or Pa get two innings since they are test playing teams and are used to playing two innings.

It's idiotic morons like this who make our jobs as moderators so difficult. I mean after reading his comments even I'm tempted to engage in some eendia bashing. But then I remind myself, we Bangladeshis are better than that. BCCI's পোন্দে লাথি মারি!!!. I still like what Bashar had to say on this matter:

Bindra says that top 8 teams according ot ranking should play 7 matches..lol.. is that fair to the ones coming off from ICC trophy? Anyways.. he will regret it cuz India wont stay in Top 8 anyways after 2 years when they again make the groups..lol

Indian players will get some rest before they come to bd now. They have been complaining of too many games.. and that's why they didn't wanna play bd before.

so.. technically.. they rr right!!

Too bad if no one wanted to play BD. Then the onus is upto all those teams to play good cricket and fight it out with our team. BD played well, won against India and Bermuda and made it to the 2nd round. As far as I understand, given the "disqualification" methods of the Group Stages in this WC, we clearly did everything right when it counted to make sure we didnt get into that trap. BCCI can ask for whatever new method they want now, but doesnt change the fact that they tacitly supported the World Cup's current format, and it backfired because their team didnt perform

They didn't tacitly support it - I believe they actively pursued it. I'd have to go and google to look up the news references.

mate , whos complaining ? why are you trying to justify ur entry into the super 8's ? u got there fair and square and within the rules of the format , and best of luck to u for it . but please try to keep things in perspective .
