Team against South Africa
we must bring sn back, and play him in the next four matches.i have enough of JO.no more plz.sn must have learnt his lesson.now bring him back.
i think we may send sakib as an opener and sn at no.4.beacause sakib can take singles frequently and give strike to tamim.and also sn is a good player of spin.
i also think, shahadat should be in the team in place of razzaq,at least for the game against sa.
and last but not the least,if i were the selectors, then i would have dropped habib and bring rajin in.it would have given us variety in the bowling attack also.if we can drop vice captain for bad performance, why not the captain.
so,my team is:
tamim iqbal
sakib al hasan
aftab ahmed
shahriar nafees(c)
md.ashraful
rajin saleh/farhad reza
mushfiqur rahim(wk)
mashrafe mortaza
md.rafique
syed rasel
shahadat hossain
but after reza's inclusion and assuming that he will be able to play against sa,i will give him the chance ahead of rajin.
i know, lot of u will criticise for this team or have different opinions.but thats what i feel.

Interesting choices. As I have said before, we are in the middle of three tough games and what we should get out of this game is some confidence and momentum before we go for the kill against England and West Indies. There is no need of complete shake up. Here is my team:
Tamim Iqbal
Shahriar Nafees
Habibul Bashar
Sakib Al Hasan
Mohammad Ashraful
Aftab Ahmed
Mushfiq Rahim
Mashrafee Mortaza
Mohammad Rafique
Abdur Razzak
Syed Rasel
Bashar should come up the order and take some responsibility. Aftab can come at number 6 and play his natural game or whatever you call it. Ashraful and Sakib is the most important piece in the middle overs and need play a big innings. Eventhough Javed Omar did what he was asked to do, I feel like we give ourselves the best chance of a win when Shahriar Nafees is there. He must've worked hard on his game and should be back for good.

I am in complete agreement with your selections. HB is our natural # 3 in tests. Surely, surely he can bat up the order in ODIs. We batted Aftab one down to take advantage of the powerplays. But with his persistent failure to build a substantial innings, his pyrotechnics would be better suited in the death overs. Although I would like to see Shahadat, it cannot be at the expense of Rasel. And omitting a spinner against SA would be a foolish decision.

Why would someone drop Aftab Ahmed???
Shahriar Nafees sucks big time against quality oponents. Since 2006, he has not scored a single 50 in ODIs against a quality oponent. Since 2006 SN played against:
Srilanka: 5 times
Australia: 4 times
West Indies: 1 time
India: 1 time
played 11 innings against quality oponents and did not score even a single 50. I would go either JO or RS for openner. It will give us a right hand left hand combination. As the commentator was saying in the last match that Syed Rasel's pace is not good enough to come as an openning bowler, I would go with Shahadat Hossain this time. So this is my team here:
Tamim
Javed/Rajin
Aftab
Sakib
Ashraful
Habibul
Mushique
Md. Rafique
Mortaza
Abdur Razzak
Shahadat

We should try our best combination. Which is our best combination? The team that beat India. Which team beat India?
Here you go.......

I think Bashar should declare him as Unfit. and then SN can be the captain and they should pick rajin for late middle order. problem solved

Now I am looking forward to the team selection. Wondering whether they include SN or SH.
So far the newspapers say our team camp isn't jolly now. Everyone is depressed and disappointed. Well I hope everything will be alright before Saterday.

My team-
Tamim
Javed
Mushfiq
Sakib
Ashraful
Aftab
Bashar
Mashrafe
Rafique
Razzak
Rasel/Shahadat (depending on pitch condition)
Yeah, Bashar should lower himself in the batting order. Right now, he is no better than Pilot as a batsman.

I do like the idea of Bashar coming as 1st down. Aftab is not doing anything special anyway and Bashar can rotate strike fine. He shud also take responsibility as a captain and bat up just like Imran did in 92 and he was an alrounder. Imran also told Inzi to do the same for Paki this year but gadha beta shune nai. Now he is sitting in home and eating potato.
