Default Strange scorecard

Came across a very interesting scorecard from 2001-02

http://www.cricketarchive.co.uk/Arch...45/f45939.html

It says that Khulna declared their second innings when they were only 2 runs ahead to protest against umpiring decisions. The bowling was then opened by the wicket keeper. His first and only ball was hit for six thus ending the match.

Does anyone remember what this was all about ?
