ESPN makes its "ranking" to please its BD viewers, I think  In any case, I'm not sure if it takes into account BD's loss to Ireland...

Yes, BD is not a minnow anymore. But it is very INCONSISTENT. One day they'll beat South Africa, then the next day they will loose to Ireland. So, in the future, if BD crashes out of major tournaments in the first round like Indian and Pakistan did in this world cup, don't be surprised. But the good thing about being inconsistent is that they will get a few wins here and there, and that will improve their rankings. As opposed to before they used to loose many games in a row.
