I emailed ATN, and this is what they said:
"Dear Subscriber
Currently no info on this series will post on our website when we do have the information. www.asiantelevision.com
Thank you
Customer service ATN"
if no channels show the game in north america, i'm sure there will be a lot of internet sites...some people mentioned certain non-buffering sites already. also, there are lots of free indian sites that apparently show cricket...but they buffer.
uhm, how are people in north america planning to watch the games? for me, they're going to be around 11pm to 6:30am...

UK viewers
I have checked my sky programme guide for next thursday 10th may and can confirm that the Bangladesh v India odi will be shown live on sky sports 3 starting at 4.30 am (british summer time).
There was some doubt whether sky would televise these matches as it was not listed on their live on sky fixtures nor hav i seen any adverts for the series.

Channel I and SET Max UK did carry Bangladesh vs Zimbabwe back in November 2006. There were News interuptions on Channel I frequently. The contract of Bangladesh cricket was purchased by Nimbus Sport to be telecast on Neo Sports India till 2012. Directv USA and ESPN/Star Sports India has lost rights to carry Bangladesh Cricket.
We need confirmation Wednesday Night 11:30pm (USA Eastern Time) if anyone subscribes to Channel I, NTV Bangla or ATN Bangla are carrying the game on Dish Network Channels 804, 806 and 818 located at 118° and 121° W.
Note: SET Max India lost rights to showing ICC Cricket World Cup and ICC Champions Trophy to ESPN/Star Sports India till 2015.

Neither Channel I nor NTV said anything about it so far. I doubt they'll broadcast, otherwise they would've advertized. Don't know about ATN.

There must be some free online live coverage somehere...is Soapcast or TVU showing any channels? I think banlgacricket should just show all BD cricket live and make this the ultimate one-stop BD cricket site! Common Banglacricket....you can do it!!

The good news is that even though you'll not be able to watch the match, at least going to school might go some way towards teaching you the difference between well-formed English sentences and abbreviated symbols on a mobile phone.

Bhaijan...there's a lot of hype in this style of writing English on forums and specially IM. So I say, lets leave the kids alone. In '96 I was like this too...but everything changed with time. So this will change too. At least, we don't see weird threads and/or comments from her...like we see from a few grownups!
