Default BCCI agree to tri series involving Pakistan!

BCCI has agreed to BCB's request for tri series with Pakistan to be hosted in BD. it will be in 2008 or 2009. also BCCI chief says BD are welcome to tour India. are the sands of time a shifting???

IMO, i think the tri series should take place in 2009 as 08 Asia cup will make teh tri series redundant.

give credit to the BCB for pushing for the Tri-Series after the BCCI killed the Tri-Series with SA

So at last we are going to be welcomed in India. And it proves that India got the message that we have finally arrived. Now we need a good performence in the second test and give them some tough time.

Let's not go overboard until our players actually land in India.

of course...but it is evident (after WC 07 and india's stuggles - or lack of dominance this series) that BCCI, and indian fans are reluctantly accepting that Bangladesh have finally arrived on the int'l cricket scene.

of course we have a ways to go, but as one (formerly viotriolic) critic of BD on ICF said that BD are "...improv[ing]" and are not still "...rank minnows"

this was a guy who thought kenya would draw with us 2-2 in BD last year and would beat us 3-0 or 3-1 in kenya.

Good news, but at previously mentioned, lets wait for Bangladesh to actually land in India before assuming a tour there will finally happen.
