We will have a batting coach, a fielding coach and a spin bowling coach

One Daily Star report has said that from early next year, we will have a batting coach, a fielding coach and a spin bowling coach. The batting coach's job would be to improve our lower order batting.

I wonder why we won't have a fast bowling coach as well?
