as others said, beating India, a harsh reality check for so called "critics" of this hard working God-gifted team and players.
Beating South Africa was a result of shame to the max...prior to the match.

As I said it before will say it again. Beating was India in the WC was almost a forgone conclusion. Do some work, dig up the threads if you doubt!!!
Beating the #1 team in the WCs, for the last placed team among the qualifiers, the way they did it; Can't beat that. The odds were much bigger than the Indian game. Go check the bookies.

It was a moment to savior. I just enjoyed the moment with my Sri Lankan friend when the loudmouth Indian lab mate came to the party on the evening of 18th March. On the morning of 17th he was boasting how India should work to beat aussi as if Sri-lanka and bandladesh is non-existent.

Beating India of course. Not only it helped our chances of moving onto the second round, it ultimately ended theirs. 1 shot, 2 kills.
