These forms are meant for people who are outside the US. Not inside.

What is the story behind "General Tsao's Chicken"?

Was it General Tsao's favorite dish?
Did the cook stole General's Chicken and cooked it?
Who is General Tsao?
How come the General likes lame sweet dish and not hot-and-spicy dish?
He is a real Army General or Attorny General?

Wikipedia is your friend.

There was a historical General Zuo Zuotang, but the story about his wife preparing it for him is very likely apocryphal.

Good questions all around, but can't just believe that you didn't check Wikipedia before this

Quote:

General Tso's chicken is a sweet and spicy deep-fried Hunan Chinese dish that is popularly served in American and Canadian Chinese restaurants. The origins of the dish are unclear. The dish was previously largely unknown in China and other lands home to the Chinese diaspora. [1]
One theory is that the dish was a classic specialty from Hunan province, invented by General Tso's wife and served for him and his officers upon every military victory, although this theory is generally considered to be apocryphal.[2] Many sources claim it was introduced to New York City in the early 1970s as an example of Hunan and Szechuan-style cooking.[1][3]

Once again, calling the department is the best option.

akabir,

People living in the USA legally can certainly apply; but the form is designed for the vast majority of the applicants, i.e. people living outside the US.

You got me!! I confess. It was me. I did eat them from those serving plates before serving. Only when I was very hungry. But how did you know that? Cause I carefully wiped out any evidence of portion missing and made sure I swallowed the food fully before I took out the dish to serve.

Wikipedia is Bhua... ajaira chapabaji .... like a palm reader....

See their comment below...

"The origins of the dish are unclear. The dish was previously largely unknown in China and other lands home to the Chinese diaspora."

and then

"One theory is that the dish was a classic specialty from Hunan province, invented by General Tso's wife and served for him...."

shouldn't it be named "General Tsao's Wife's chicken" ?

then they still continue with their chapabaji.....

"Many sources claim it was introduced to New York City in the early 1970s as an example of Hunan and Szechuan-style cooking"

then shouldn't the name be "NewYork's Huan Chicken Combo"?

7 7 7 7

with only the common mathematical signs( +,-,x,/, or anything else as long as you dont add in any integer. you can even combine the 2 or 3 or 4 digits), how will it be possible to equate these four 7s into a hundred?
ex. using 9 9 9 9, you could combine two 9s together to get 99 and then add (9/9) so youd get 100
9 9 + (9 / 9)= 100.

Quite simple actually
(777-77)/7 = 100

Took me ~15 secs (I hope I am not making any stupid mistakes, I am really bad at solving riddles)

I think this will work for all digits, eg: (888-88)/8; or (444-44)/4 so on and so forth. It will always be 100.

Looking at his example, I think he meant you are ok as long as its only 7s.

But if you wanted four 7s then here it is; this one is simple too, but long

(7777 + 7777 + 7777 + 7777 + 7777 + 7777 + 7777 + 7777 + 7777 + 7777 +
7777 + 7777 + 7777 + 7777 + 7777 + 7777 + 7777 + 7777 + 7777 + 7777 +
7777 + 7777 + 7777 + 7777 + 7777 + 7777 + 7777 + 7777 + 7777 + 7777 +
7777 + 7777 + 7777 + 7777 + 7777 + 7777 + 7777 + 7777 + 7777 + 7777 +
7777 + 7777 + 7777 + 7777 + 7777 + 7777 + 7777 + 7777 + 7777 + 7777 +
7777 + 7777 + 7777 + 7777 + 7777 + 7777 + 7777 + 7777 + 7777 + 7777 +
7777 + 7777 + 7777 + 7777 + 7777 + 7777 + 7777 + 7777 + 7777 + 7777 +
7777 + 7777 + 7777 + 7777 + 7777 + 7777 + 7777 + 7777 + 7777 + 7777 +
7777 + 7777 + 7777 + 7777 + 7777 + 7777 + 7777 + 7777 + 7777 + 7777 +
7777 + 7777 + 7777 + 7777 + 7777 + 7777 + 7777 + 7777 + 7777 + 7777) / 7777 = 100

We are just doing 100 * 7777/7777 = 100; but instead of multiplication, just write all the hundred 7777s

sorry. but the limit is just four 7s. using only mathematical symbols. on both cases you have surpassed the four limit. penalty you must get.
