some good innings in SA? 2 ta match e bhalo khele eto khushi hoye gese! it wasnt a good tour in my eyes. i read his interview after the tour, and seeing he was so happy after such average stuff, i wonder how much education effects motivation and ambition. i feel he is not motivated enough these days. eijonno we keep seeing the 1 hit wonders. if he is motivated enough, and with enough ambition, we might get some good stuff.

he shud be motivated, only then its worth gambling a spot for him in the national team.

Even his eid innings can be vital for winning matches. Inform Tamim, IK, Shak, Ash, SN, Mushy etc can really take apart any team. Unfortunately he has stopped playing those occassional innings as well, due to too much pressure on him. He should have a free ride like Afridi, a player of chance. The day he fires, we win without any doubt (Considering TIK, IK & Shak also making conbtribution). We need this kind of player since we don't have a consistant big hitting matchwinner. Yet, I don;t know if Ash is trying to be a stroke player or a test opener these days ....... Someone in of BD cricket needs to take him on and an intensive net session of a couple of moths under a dedicated coach, he can be turned into a much better player. We really need a third player to come at par with Shak/Tam.

Actually He is not that much popular among fans and It will be hard to get media attention unless he performs extraordinary...I am sure if Shabbir get chance in the national team and perform good then he will probably become the 3rd one...So the 3rd one might be Shabbir / Nasir

Its true that we lack matchwinners and Ash is 1 of our best still. The thing is since we keep on trying for him to be a consistent player and then in the mean time, we don't try other players because he's taking up a spot. No way he should bat back at #4. That would spell complete disaster for him. The only place I see him is at #7. I would rather try Nasir in this series at #7 rather then Ash though.
