Team peformance is key

Criticism is part of every day life and pundits will criticise teams, and for this case Bangladesh but now I want to give my honest opinions of the current Bangladesh era.

BOWLING: For international level it has declined dramatically since the cricket world cup and the bottom line is JS is really a batting coach. Only Razzak gave a terrific performance against UAE and against India no-one shined enormously. Oh yeah replacing Mahmud is a must and also Riyad who isn't there yet.What the hell happened to Mashrafee? We desperately are missing Rasel and Sakib.
SOLUTION:Hire a bowling coach(Simple as, cos if we can afford a strength coach the nwe should afford bowling coach eh)

FIELDING: One word 'erratic'. Need I say more?
SOLUTION;Practice,pratice and practice and my advice to Reza and Riyad 'keep ur eyes on the ball'.

BATTING; Well, it has improved slightly hasn't it because consistently we have been scoring 210+ but as a team we aren't clicking yet. The top order are most unimpressive especially Nazim. No, sorry Tamim has been doing quite well but people like Ashraful and Nazim are not scoring 50 consistently. I was rather surprised by the lower order batsmen who have scored similar or even more than the top order! Also Well done Kapali, keep it up and I hope his confidence takes him to a new height.
SOLTION; Bring in Aftab for straight swap with Nazim and Sakib instead of Mahmud. Aftab works well with Ashraful and tamim so as a result the team would improve too. I like his aggressive style. Finally carry on pratcing in nets just like Chanderpaul said and also practice in faster pitches.

kind of think it's unfair to say the team isn't clicking (batting wise) since with the last match the team under siddons now has 4 of the top 5 highest ever ODI team totals by BD, and 2 of those are the 2 highest scores against top 8 teams.

they've scored 280+ 4 times since siddons has been coach, they had only done that once before siddons came along and it was against an associate team (granted it is one of only 2 scores that are 300+ but under siddons they have already got two 280+ scores against top 8 teams)

but i'd definitely like to see more 250+ scores, they've been consistently getting 200+ and have got a few big scores but they've got a few scores between 200-250, i want to see the scores that have been from 200-250 to become 250+ scores.

About the batting I would Ryad more than Aftab bcse Ryad is a good allrounder & has the ability to stay longer not out than Aftab,less confused than Aftab & in such a short time he got an avrge which is higher than 32.

so what would be his position? ash is good at no 3, rakibis good at no 4....then sakib, then alok, then rahim........i don't see aftab's batting spot.............is he going to open if he gets chance in the team?

I wouldn'y mind seeing Aftab bat at no.2 you know. His aggressive style doesn't suit him to play middle orders because that is when you need players like Riyad as simon said. No harm will be done would it?

No question, Team is above all.

But too many experiments, cutting and chopping, doesn't help. Let the current lot play for some time and learn to play real cricket.

I expect least possible changes in the team.

Since my thread everyone is saying to get a new bowling and fielding coach but yet they don't comment about it on here!
