so match analysis time....before anyone is quick to open up a "positive" thread, what do you think went wrong right from the first ball of tamim's wicket?

Kids, stop bashing India or cricinfo to find your vent, if you still feel to do so, start with yourself "why you are still following pathetic BD game after all these days?". Learn to accept what you deserve.

Everything went wrong.....most importantly the approach....the way whole team approached the game.....to know that....just remember the Ashraful Dismissal today......as if he knew they gonna get nothing out of this game....why trying hard then....what to loose anyways.....lets don't think and play some shots.....
If Captain approaching like this....not ready to work hard for his runs....not committed.....if our best batsmen and captain not confident enough to score runs and fearing the opponent bowlers.......what message then he is giving to his team-mates....also he is our most experienced batsmen.

this is coming from "poor"fan. you are missing the point(s):
1. question is who are THEY to tell us what to do.
2. the same reason why you follow the "pathetic" games, makes us follow too
3. no one is bashing india or cricinfo... it's an eye for an eye thing, they flame us, so we flame them back
4. the opposite of "puroshar" is not necessarily "tiroshkar" je amra amader teamkey tiroshkrito korbo. instead in a cool and calm head we should dissect the situation and rectify it. even if it takes lifetime to do so, we should be undettered in pursuing the goal....

At least when India gets all out for 54, we don't scream "Kick them out of international cricket"!
I agree there is a long way to go for us, but this is not the right approach by the the coach or right support from the others!

It was an improved performance after all. 74 to 117. About 60% improvement. Weldone JS

Because they come back to beat the opponent in the very next match.

When SL and ZImbabwe got their test promotion nobody ever questioned their status at any point as much as BD is under the pump. Reasons are all too obvious. You know it. There is a worst case scenario and best case scenario. Rightnow BD is well below worst case scenario. Zimbabwe and SL never went below the worst case scenario until politics in the country drove players away. Sure every country has their ups and downs. You should not compare bangladesh yet with the "down" part of other countries because BD has never been remotely close to the peaks other teams reached.

in microcosm, i was watching a video where Brett Lee sledges Pathan and the very next ball he hits him for a six
so yeah....sometimes if anger can be chanelled and directed well, it can be beneficial....question is have WE mastered the art of transforming zealotry and anger into a ruthless finesse?

nice loss. one of the positives from the match is winning the toss and batting first.
I still don't see any effect of playing 5 practice matches in Australia? where is IanW?
Really we need a new captain... Ash is no good.

I am not missing a damn point, instead you Gopal are creating NEW irrelevant points to vent your feelings. Like I said earlier, learn to accept what you deserve. Unless you PROVE ( performance ) you deserve more, all other so called points become barking of a dog at best.

My expectation was not huge. I was only looking for 3 things:
1. 50 overs bat
2. 200+ score
3. 2 fifties.
But BD proves again today 117 is our limit. So 'unnoti hocche'.
74 to 117 great work! 58% ! wow !!!

This is the price we got after having 'Sehri' and passing a sleepless night/day in the month of Ramadan to watch this bunch of shameless fools surrender again so badly.

well, that was dissapointing.. i expected a better performance, a better fight.. but it didn't happen.. i'm glad i didn't stay till the end of the game.. would've been a total waste of time, next game, i think i wont bother getting up, i'll go back to bed after the sehri, and i'll get up later and see what happened.. my vacations are almomst over, dont want to waste the last couple of days without sleeping to watch these idiots..
i noticed mashrafe was unlucky again.. this really isn't fair for him..
