Thanks to the assistants as well, they had a say in who was added to the squad.
There are now 5 U19 players from BC teams in the squad with 2 touring next week.
No doubt a few more in the future.
Best thing is that they don't need to woory about endurance with the best in the squad.

Turbz, how much fielding you need on Aftab next season? Do you need power?

He has got enough fielding now for a 17yo, I would want most if not all at average fielding as a minimum for the WC.
Power isn't a necessity for every player, but some will be chosen and more likened with it such as Ramchand having average power (has reasonable tech too but higher than Aftab). Poor power is good, if it was atrocious or possibly dreadful then would look to improve it.
He needs technique the most, so just batting-tech and a bit of fielding and he'll strongly push for selection.

His secondaries are good for now.. No need for more secondaries till atleast 19.. So just keep him on batting tech now and let him catch up with the batting..

Thanks Turbz and Ashraf for your valuable suggestions!
I was thinking about secondaries cause of his ratings. His ratings suggests that he may pop in secondaries soon. But at this point training tech does make most of the sense!

Yah he should pop in power and fielding if you give him those training for 1-2 weeks.. But since there is no need now, you dont really need to.. But when you need to, you can get those pops easily

No way, you might win as I plan to try out my squad for next season, excluding all the oldies. I usually get 133k rating without the oldies.
Please make sure you field your FULL STRENGTH SQUAD
