I would just go with batting/batting-tech for the rest of this season at least and maybe next season too. If you need a keeper then just train keeping.

thanks for the tips! I actually don't need any keeper. I have one moderately good keeper of age 24 and another nice prospect of age 20.
So pure bat it is then. I bought some youths cause I am in bot filled leagues and it would be easy to give them some experience now. I would do what I do better than the other aspects of the game. i.e. train. Plus whats the benefit of improving the youth academy if I don't have anybody to train?

He looks a good player to train up, though you would need a few players to be worthy to have a good academy. You do 'get' better pulls but you can always fluke a good 'un.

By 20, possibly I would say, though with very low academy maybe not.
I had pulled a player who had poor bowling 3 seasons ago, he is currently 19 and will have accomplished bowling in 2 weeks with reliable technique. Though he has the prodigy talent and that is with 6 weeks of non-bowling training and 5 with bowling-tech (should be expert bowling early next season).
For him in a superior academy with just bowling/bowling-tech training, he would get to accomplished bowling just before he turns 20. For a lower academy probably mid-20.

Judging from his low wage, i'd say you'd be lucky to get 25K there mate. Better off just keeping imo, and training as a useful middle order batsman or a bowler that bats 8-9.

Oh hoh ohhoo...Thank you my dear Bura and Tristanpan bros!
Hey bros, we have so far 64 people in the Old Dhaka Biriyani Youth Open comp!!!! 15 more people requested to enter but a lot, about 30-40 people from the BD league didn't respond...so anyway the deadline to enter next Sunday, let's see if people enter or not over the next few day, it will be just be very sad tat people over the number 64 won't be able to play even though if 128 of them are there, everyone of them would get to play!

so no one missed me ehh?
My internet was busted for last week Even though nothing much happened in FTP except for some fluke wins as usual against some great opponents
03 Mar 2010 02:00 Youth 5.3 Bangla Youngees v Howard's Piechuckers Bangla Youngees won by 7 wickets
04 Mar 2010 02:00 One Day Friendly Bangla Youngees v outback outback won by 87 runs
05 Mar 2010 02:00 One Day 4.6 Bangla Youngees v Beast of Bengal Bangla Youngees won by 42 runs
07 Mar 2010 02:00 One Day Friendly Bangla Youngees v Bangla 11 Bangla Youngees won by 2 runs
09 Mar 2010 02:00 Twenty20 3.4 Bangla Youngees v WolfPack Bangla Youngees won by 15 runs
Wow. My flukes against Bura bro continue. Even with a much weaker team (didnt set orders for any of those matches). My main players played but batsmen bowled. But now I am back

no fluke! All my bowlers were on aggressive. And even with all that craps like batsman bowling I overrated you by only 5k
I was amazed to see how your batsmen got wickets and how my bowlers failed to do so! My bowlers are utterly pathetic!
But again I don't really have a team these days. Total team wage is 98k And have a plan to reduce even more to around 90k
Got an offer of 300k for Tamim Iqbal. Should I sell?

Versing mirpur11 in the B League in very good spin friendly environment . Should i opt for 4 spinners or 3 spinners and two seamers?. My seamer and wildcard spinner both have reliable bowling summary.
