i know my squad is half over the age of 25... i will try to take it all under 25 by next season.. do any of you have a batsman under the age of 22 with talents -opener and/or boundary hitter and would you like to sell him?? i really want 1-2 batsman like that since i have a lot of oldies and they will die soon

i got 2 opener.one of them is expert keeper with cap. bat and cap.tecnique(21)......other one is reliable bat & tec(22)........but im not selling them coz they both are really good and promosing player

ya they are.. i am jealous now.. if anyone wants to sell please... i am facing gay bikers in pavillion cup.. most probably going to loose because his latest match rating was 111k.. facing Cholcholbd first in the Bd Champ league.. do you think i can win it.. i saw his latest match rating was 81k.. i think i have a chance right??

yes u do........his team was much better last season but its gone down now

Ashraf, Tonoy has touched on this a few posts earlier. There is 2 ways to going about this.
1. You can choose to buy middle aged players 25-30 who has higher experience, Which will win you most matches, but the problem is this is just a short ploy and you will have to continously buy players after few seasons. Because once they age they will train slower and once they go beyond 30 there skills will plop. Although these ploy is alright it is only a short term success unless you willing to keep on buying players.

2. This ploy is a long term ploy, where by you buy young players and although you will intially suffer abit due to the players having poor experience, it will however suit you in the long run as this is a long term ploy. It will also save you money by not buying players that often, so you can invest that money in academies.

The choice is yours thats the beauty, everyone has different way of managing a team but these are the 2 routes.

Anyways its amazing to see how many ppl are overbidding on youth. This player of mine which I tried to sell last year and couldnt find any takers.... hasnt actually improved and has gotten older and is fetching me 11k

.

Also if anyone is wondering why im selling all these players. I am getting rid of ALL players who do not have a chance of making my senior squad when they turn 20. This means, most of my 19 year olds are gone. A few 18 year olds are gone to. I'm keeping my amazing 17 yos and my ULTRA awesome 16 yo.
