Rating is a rating. I've seen horrific players with high rating. I've seen accomplished guys with low ratings. Ratings and skills do not have that much of a correlation.

Ratings usually indicate a player's secondaries (endurance, power, fielding) whereas the wage is more influenced on a player's primary(s). 'Wasted' skills such as bowling for batsmen and keeping for bowlers has an effect on ratings.
ie. A high waged player with low rating = high primary and little secondaries
A low waged player with high rating = lowish primary and good secondaries

he had reasonable bowling, average batting and average tech and I wouldn't say that was bad, would you?

I want to arrange a 20/20 Sunday friendly league for 6 teams. 6 teams cuz It has to be done before next season's pavilon cup. Dawah, Rifat and Gunda are playing on sunday too. I will miss them. So I want the players who are free for sunday games. So, I like to see these 5 teams there.
1. Akib
2. Nadim
3. Bujhee Kom
4. Shramadin
5. Lazy Tiger

yah but he's a bangladeshi guy and has a good young team. I don't want to see team with full of old experienced players.
