Mine is just as crap. I put him on transfer, just in case someone bites. I mean its only 1000. its low risk, high reward.

No that's not too much, my player wages are $30,000.
you shouldn't worry about that.

to check how much you need to invest, go to senior academy training and on the right in yellowish box it will say average investment, thats how much you need to invest for now.

p.s do the same thing for youth academy.

For investments, put average investment + 1000 or 2000, then instead of improving, you get improving+, for a tiny bit more.

Ok I got that, it says $5000 on both youth and senior and they both say, "Status: declining+" so what should I change that to?
