So far moon was sighted from South Africa only

ICOP member Mr. Abdurrazak Ebrahim: Seen. "The Shawwaal Hilaal was sighted this evening (Monday, 24/11/2003) at Bloemfontein ( 1000 km north of Cape Town) and at Port Elizabeth ( 600 km north-east of Cape Town).
