I cannot see why they should not, unless Murali does something extra ordinary which I doubt after internal affairs in his country.

Congrats to RCB for a fantastic win.
The 7th and 8th of last year are meeting in the finals these year.
What a turnaround!

I was not really pointing about the ok situtation or his treatment as a player. While fielding he was kind of out of sort and had a vague smile if you watched it. Generally Murali is more daunty and grave person on the field.
BD_SY, I think you know exactly what I meant. It is a subconscious reaction for being a Muslim, one feels sorry for another Muslim of far away nation with whom or whose country one has no business with, being a Bangalee one feel a natural bond with the West Bengal who by nature never feels any bond to us, being an Irish American the pride of that Irish touch never goes away etc.

Gilly Quotes
Gilly gila gilla khabe kalke
Here are some quotes:
"You think after 15 years of international cricket you would have learnt something for sure, apparently not." -on missing out on his century
"… It is like a game where whoever blinks first could end up paying the ultimate price. There is just no time to make a mistake,"
"It’s always a matter of getting down to the basics when things get tight. I’ve done that all my life and it was no different today"
"In a Test match, if you make a mistake you get time and the opportunity to resurrect. I think that is the beauty of the game. It can be played in different formats but the basic constituents of the game remain the same."
"The psychological battle is almost on par with Test cricket. Here, it’s like a staring competition, and whoever blinks first loses. It was good that I could embrace this format at this stage of my career."

Those who think T20's are a disgrace to the game should take a look at the way guys like Gilchrist and Pandey have been going about their businesses in this year's IPL. Hardly anything that can be termed as a "slog", constant rotation of the strike when the bowling is a tad tight and clean, powerful hitting when it's not.
Cricket doesn't always have to be a slow-paced, blocking frenzy. I don't see any harm being done to the game if someone like Gilly can tonk a good ball with a straight bat over and over.

Still, the authorities should be concerned enough to keep all the formats alive. Each of the formats has its own beauty. Now I guess whoever is up against T20, is so because of all the over-commercialising prospects that this format is alluring the authorities to take. We need, desperately need, a balance. And what I feel is that the excitement that used to revolve around a T20 game couple of years back is being damaged gradually, coz it's no more an occasional thing, too many matches are spoiling the fun.

Well I have been watching Murali for a long time now so is Vaas. It may sound exaggerating but I can tell you this that watching most known cricketers of the generation of Azharuddin to Tendu, Lara I mostly know their general reactions. But I really know little about the latest bunch of players and their body language.
Its a sense that you grow as a fan. Thats all.
