I would rather have a 18 ball 20 from Mushy than a 3 ball 8 from Mithun. I think we should play our full strength XI for the first two matches and then rest a few key players against Scotland. And then bring them back against the Aussies and the Lankans.

My XI against NZ:
Tamim
Zunaed
Riyad
Ashraful
Shakib
Naeem
Mashrafe
Mushfiq+
Razzak
Rubel
Rasel

Does anyone how to go to Wormsley from London? Tickets are free and there shouldn't be a lot of people there so it might be a good opportunity to get some pics with the boys.

Good luck to the boys.
Another world cup, another NZ warm up match to shake things off.

Let's repeat Carribean 2007.

It's rather uninspiring and anti-climatic when you misspell words of encouragement like that. Do you check what you type? It's "Bengal" by the way - in case you didn't actually know. Also, I'm assuming you meant "Come on" instead of "Common" there, which has a completely different meaning.

Let's hope we play well this match. I'd rather us get off to a solid start, which might mean losing, but challenging the opposition for a decent portion of the game, instead of getting creamed right from the word go.

After a very very long time, some international action!!
btw, why is everyone after Mushfique so much>??? I cud not find the scorecards, but Mushfiq scored well in the T20s against MCA. And him being one of the mroe seasoned member, he should be guaranteed a place in team. Good work Mithun, but the removal of Mushfique can not be justified at this moment. Only coz he is more technically solid and likes to build his innings, it doesnt mean he will do crap in T20. I hope to see Mush in the XI and kick some kiwi/indian/aussie/SL/ireland arses :P

Its in High Wycome. But I can't find where exactly in High Wycombe is the ground. Where is our match against Netherlands? Is that in Wormsley as well or in Canterbury?

Someone should email CI to see if they can send a Scorer down to the ground or to give someone from the NZC Administrative powers to see if they can do a little ball by ball. I doubt BBC has a radio affilate that will dedicate coverage to this match in Wormsley.

Directions

From Heathrow For those who live in London

From Villa Park for those who live in Birmingham

If you live in the Manchester Area, it's pretty far. Quite Far from London as well

there is very little chance that cricinfo will follow the game because this is a UNOFFICIAL game

so no regular update will be for this and match against Scotland until some1 call them.

I think the ECB or the Blackcaps Website will give updates for this match, CI will probably leech of them.

CricketEurope will should have Holland and Scotland,

I'm so excited about the Holland game Robin van Persie, Ruud van Nistelrooy, Wesley Sneijder, Arjen Robben, Rafael van der Vaart, Dirk Kuyt, Ryan Babel and Edwin van der Sar (Mushy Could learn a few things).

What a Line Up they got, they beat England too before
