only change i wanna see is bring in mithun either for rakib/mushy..and nayeem should come either before riyad or right after him.. as for rajib rasel has not been in great form..so i'm not sure if it would make a difference brining in rasel for rajib

One thing we must remember If we beat Ireland, India also must beat Ireland. Otherwise we can lost the opportunity to go to the 2nd round though we beat Ireland. So India-Ireland match is also same important for us.

It is true that it is very tough for Ireland to beat India but It is not impossible. After all the game is Cricket & the format is T-20. Anything can be possible.

Very well-thought. We need to beat Ireland comprehensively.

Exactly....we need to beat them by a minimum of 50 runs or equivalent if chasing (2.5 run rate)

this should be the team

Tamim
Junaed
Riad (we have to hard hitter openers, so in onedown let riadh come and rotate strike)
Ashraful (hold him back for the middle of innings)
Sakib (hold him back for the later part of the innings)
Naeem (should bat at this postion)
Mithun (just play as you like)
Mashrafe
Rubel
razzak
rasel/shahadat

rakibul, mushfik out, shuvo unlucky man

back rasel/shahadat and razzak to regain form against the irish
