Urgent Advice to Management!!!

I do not need to look beyond the picture to state these immediate actions because all you passionate fans know it so here they are:
1. Sack Siddons(Pure garbage and all talk)
2. Strip captaincy off Ash and take him off the team temporarily
3. Get Aftab and Alok back urgently
4. Try to use time wisely by practising Fast pitches!
5. Adopt bonus wages and also for poor form
6. Get an expert psychologist quickly before World cup 2011 to prepare them for pressured matches(Ireland clearly nerved them)
7. Talent is there, productivity is not so get world class Batting coaches!
8. Dont even think about testing inexperienced players in must-win games unless they are completely sure of doing well(E.g.Rubel is a great bowler but the stage wasnt set for him yet)

These are the main priorities and its obvious for us but not for Managment!
