As there's no room for a 3rd option in Siddons poll, Siddons is leading by 11-7 (61.1%)

Please don't vote for the last option.. that was there as a joke... not to skew results..
Interesting to see ppl still supporting Siddons....I think siddon is doing an OK job not really anything extraordinary.. but I really like it when he gets fired up. I don't like those "diplomatic" type of coaches.. I like coaches that just say it like it is.....
I think he is going too easy....

first poll had 80% siddons supporter and the subsequent ones didn't really change much. We need more votes but I think some ppl might start to feel a bit disappointed...
We had huge gap in cricket but if we take all the other matches but ireland (the most important one), we didn't do that bad.
but if you chok when it counts the most - you are a loser i guess..

We have lots of things to learn from Siddons. He should stay at least up to 2011 WC. After that we can rethink about him.

Sorry I had to vote for the joke, as JS is a joker.
I don't like to vote as anti Siddon as I am not one. I welcomed him whole heartedly when he was apointed. But he is absolutely unfit for coaching any developing nation. He doesn't have the ability of skill building.
He likes to coach by lecturing, which may be of some effect for established teams like Aus who has the ability to & skills to incorporate lec/advise into their game. He is poor in management skills, that makes him even unfit for taking up the head coache's position even in established teams.
We need someone like McCines who goes all out for building skills & temperament. We need someone with very good management skills who is able to keep the team in high spirits during bad times. Complaining & finger pointing at these young boys don't help the team.
JS the root cause needs to be eliminated immediately.

i voted anti-siddons, i don't hate the guy or anything but the fact is he's been there awhile and things are still messed up. what he's doing obviously isn't working, doesn't matter why it's not working the fact is it isn't so unless he's got something up his sleeve then it's time for him to move on.

A baby-sitter who suits our boys and culture would do better, and to find him lets rotate X, Y, Z every six month until that baby-sitter comes around. We are alien on this planet, cant adopt/comprehend other than BD way! Why bother even if takes decade to get that baby-sitter? and learn cricket in BD way?? Bring on next one and see how he baby-sit, not feeling good? see next.

The key is to have a smart head. It can do things that otherwise seems impossible. So you are not so much anatomically challenged than challenged elsewhere.

perhaps the key lies elsewhere ?
typing english without ambiguity may be ? but I agree you need a smart head for that.
