Default Anatomy of a failed cricketing nation

Another day and another tremendous failure by our beloved team!!What an aweful performance. Todays performance requires no analysis and further discussion. Just an utterly disappointing effort of the boys in the field. We were the first team to come to England (beside WI; who were touring England). And unfortunately we are the first team to exit this world cup. It doesnt matter how many more T20s or ODIs we win against Ireland, this dismal performance that was watched and reported by millions of people in a truly global stage will never dimish the shame and criticsm we deserve to receive.

Player marks out of 10

Tamim- Didnt get any runs to mention in the 7 games(including practice games). Even though had a start today if he had dived instead of thumping his foot he would survived. 3
Zunaid- The only performer with the bat with a 42 and a 13. That shows how pathetic was our batting. 6
Ashraful- No comment at all. He got a life playing that shot only to repeat it again. Seemed like a catching practice at the slips. 2
Sakib- Was trying too hard with the bat. He is not a slogger and failed to understand his role in the batting order. Bowling was average. 5
Riyad- All the hype around practice matches proved nothing. 3
Mash- Looked rusty. He had his moments but they were short lived. Failed miserably under pressure. 4
Rubel- All pace no brain. Have a LOT to learn. 3

The rest are not even worth mentioning. Their efforts were so miserable that I dont want to waste even my useless time talking about this worthless cricketers.

Bangladesh team is no longer the question mark or the cliché of failure. They are the statement and the definition.

Tamim was probably told to play ধরে খেলো, ব্যাস ঐখানেই খেলা শেষ। Shakib is probably thinking he can hit every ball. Rokib, Riyad and Mushy have no fault..they just don't have the capability..

Bd fails in every other thing, so why not cricket? as a group we are always failures, there are some individual successes though. then again cricket is an individual game and where there is a will there is a way. players like tikolo can succeed against all the odds because of their will power. our players are the reverse, they have no will and they dont want to work hard. Bd is the worst fielding side in this tournament, dont know how to build innings in T20 and dont know how bowl basics, which just shows these people dont even practice seriously. They dont deserve our support and supporting them willl only make them worse. you know what happens when you pamper a monkey.
