it may be t20 fun game as you claim, but this is the only format of cricket we can be good at, as the longer version of game, our player can not last long enough on the criss to make sufficient runs on the board to to give the bowlers a change to try few things.

We must raise this question now!
What is preventing us from LEARNING?
How do we fix it?
Now or never!

Who are these Bangladeshi players?
We put too much of our lives into it.
Who are these boys/young men behind those faces?
Where truly does the real problem lie?
How do they think? They have to think, any every human being thinks! A thief, pick-pocketer thinks through his plan of picking pockets!

If X is a professional BD cricket player, we must find out and know these players inside out, their imidiate surroundings, their true psychology, then we can really know what is holding them back OR are they really upto this task of representing Bangladesh in the world of top cricket!

Is X depressed?
Is X physically weak?
Is X from a very poor family?
Does X have a lot of siblings?
Who are they?
How is his relationship with them?
Who is X's mother?
Did she love him?
How is his relationship/trust with her?
Who is X's father?
How is his relationship/trust with him?
Does he sleep well?
What does he think when he is alone?
Does he feel sad?
Is he sad?
Does he have enough to eat?
Does his family have enough to eat?
Is money a problem issue at home?
What does he think about education?
Does he have friends?
Who are his friends?
What does X think of Mathemetics and Geometry?
Is he good at Arithmetics?
Does he understand Arithmetics?
Does he understand basic physics?
Does he understand, velocity, parabola, projectile, dynamics etc.?
Can he do 100 push-ups?
Can he join the Army and make a living?
Can he live in the wild and survive and hunt and grow food ofhis own?
Can he trek(walk) from Tetulia to Teknaaf on his own and not be afraid and think that he is just swimming through a wave of blood/realives/Bangalies who are actually looking up to him for miracle, courage and strength?
Does he cry? Why? Does he cry often?
What hurts him?
How does X define 'Laziness'?
What is laziness to him?
What is fatigue?
Does X have fear?
What is hard work to him?
Define hardwork.
Does this X like challenge?
Does X think that he is inferior as an athlete/ or a human being?
Does he personaly feel unstable, insecured, unsafe everytime Bangladesh's government changes or destabilizes? Does that effect him and his thinking for the game, how?

God bless Mitch Landrieu

Final phase : Acceptance

Watching IRE tackle SL, we lost to a better team.

We really are the 10th best cricketing team in the world (tied with ZIM considering we tied them at home this year)
Welcome to wherever you are, this is your life, you've made it this far...
