*** definitely should be sacked and kicked out from the team. He is a deadly virus we need to get rid off urgently. Mash becomes the Sherrif...we need no deputy at this minute. Shakib should stay well out of any leadership considerations. He is a selfish git...only "playing" big shots to get an IPL contract.

Mash is chosen through default, btw!
