Dhiman Ghosh is a talentless batsmen, and appears to be useless at best. We desperately need to find a good keeper who can bat well.

dhiman is a good keeper, wasn't particularly impressed with his batting on the aussie tour but that's all i've seen of his batting, he was a reasonable batsmen domestically. i think there are a couple of keeper batsmen prospects, there is obviously mithun ali but isn't there another 19 year old by the name nadimuddin who is supposed to be a decent keeper batsman prospect? it's probably best to utilise rahim and dhiman for the moment and focus on developing mithun and nadimuddin into quality cricketers.

Of the ICL players, only Alok and Aftab would make my team, and both only for ODIs and t20s. Reza and Nafees would probably make my squad, but would not be guaranteed a place in the final XI.

Dhiman showed promise with the gloves, but Mithun (t20s and ODIs) and Pavel (tests) have done more to warrant selection as wicketkeeper if Mushfiq is to play solely as a batsman (I would not drop him).

But this is all conjecture as the BCB is adamant the ICL rebels won’t be available for selection until early next year...

like i said in another thread i wouldn't be against a ODI top 6 which contained tamim, naeem, riyad, shakib, raqibul and another batsman (maybe shamsur or alok or aftab, i think ashraful needs a break for the moment).

I think its one of the worst decisions by BCB cause its according to BCCI....and PCB dint follow it thats why Abdur Razzak played and took wicket in world cup though being ICL player!!!.....we shouldn't be the victim again by the BCCI.....we need those players as soon as possible.....its just a drama if BCB say those players should wait till December!! its too disgusting as we're not rich in having enough player like India....they can wait, but we shouldn't. they're almost fit for playing international cricket...

Any way of playing all our players in the squad in the same matches, like with two wicket keepers keeping at the same time (one leg-stump keeper, one off-stump keeper and middle stump they can share), two bowlers bowling at the same time (one from round and other from over the wicket), and us having 20 wickets instead of 10? I guess still the opponents wouldn't mind, or would they?

Opponents would mind first but then after the match, they would regret the fact that they minded...

Both Sakib and Ash are WAYYY too high. Sakib should be around 6. Ash should be at 4/5.
