Thanks for the update! It's great to get a good news in the morning! How did Shahriyar do? I hope he can continue the good form! He and Hannan should make a good opening pair! I have one thing about Shahriyar though. In the second innings of our first test he retired after being hurt by Srinath! One of the ESPN commentator immediately remarked that unless you are really incapacitated you should never retire! because it's an encouragement for a fast bowler! I'm not sure how badly he was hurt; he came back later and did not show much pain.

Bidut scored 10. sarkar, 81 off 96 balls and Ashraful was run out on 51. The bottom order were full off no scores though we were 162 for 3 at one stage. I don't think mushfiq babu played this game. he may have been rested. hannan probably captained.
For those interesed in following these games I just found out how to do it. Go to Cricinfo, then click on Pakistan among the list of countires on the left side of the page. Once there, again you will see on the left side of the page, "Domestic competitions", click there and it will take you to the scores .

to follow this matches
If you really did not know these and this is for you - go to our main page (yes, it does exist) and click on the Bangladesh A in Pakistan link and it's all there.
Yes, it is a little behind all the time. We wait until the info is updated on those pages.

Yep Shahriar had these two visible weaknesses - he did not have enough courage to come up and bat after getting hurt.
And his other weakness was his fitness.
I guess we'll know for sure whether he got rid of these weaknesses soon - when or if he's selected for the national team.
