Default Don't forget Khaled Mahmud Sujon

He is a great motivator and his addition as assistant coach was an excellent decision from BCB. I have no doubt that he pleyd a big role in this series win. We all know by now that Siddons is not the best motovator around. He can cover up the lackings of JS. I think Sujon and JS combination is a perfect match for Bangladesh.

I want to associate him permanently with the national team.

Now letz keep this performance up in the Zim series, no complacency. If we can wrap it up without much problem I'll really say we've improved in Test cricket.

when does BD play NZ next? that should be the best chance to get another test match win (and hopefully a series win), i guess pakistan would then be the next best chance after NZ.

Lets be real, Js might not be the most influential coach and Mahmud has been a true leader in Js absence to Australia. So yes Chacha has influenced the team especially Saqib(he Said to media)

I was thinking about that. Thanks for pointing it out Miraz bhai. If you have any strings, let them know what KM is capable of.

Well done to Shujon Bhai. Javed bhai do you remember the time we used to call him to get score update from Srilanka. He was very nice guy to talk to. I hope both JS and KM work in pair and take Bangladesh to a new level.

If Shujon is the motivator ( which he always was), what is Heera doing? I mean do we really need him at all? Shujon will always do his part above and beyond but it also exemplifies the lacking of Heera like blokes.

But to be honest to the idea, personally, I didnt see any significant differences. Zunaid/Raqibul batted the way they did and learned nothing, Ashraful gotten worse and is no doubt out of sorts, Shahadat/Rubel didnt shine at all whilst Sammy/Roach proved their class. Had it not been for Saqib's talent, Tamim''s first innings patience, Mushfique/Enamul/Riad's performance and WI s inability to play spin, we wouldve had a different story. Yes, we deserved to win against this WI side and we did but if I am looking for moving the needle or to see anything substantially different in the Test match,, then it was the spinners (Enamul's spin amazed me) , Saqib, Mushfique ( who improved leaps and bounds BTW). I hope that the ICL ers may fill in the gaps where we need them. And for that reason, Chacha is definitely needed to bridge the gap and gel the team as he has done in the past...

Clap to chacha...but I don't think he is the lone motivator who inspire the team. Even though his inclusion is a good sign for the team.

I also support permanent involvement of Chacha with the national team... He is clearly someone who can bring out the best from our players!!! Good observation Miraz bhai.

I also not too happy with our current performance, with sensible leadership it can only improve!

Chacha Zindabad! He is the ideal manager and motivator for our young Tigers, period.

Oh! I heard some stuff about giving Zim test status starting again with BD series. Just checked cricinfo, but it's not there. Hmmm, so we gotta wait until Ind series at the end of 2009, which is not yet confirmed. Dhetteri!

If the coaching staff has made any difference in this series; he is the difference.

He is highly motivated, extremely hardworking & a fighting cricketer. A great character to be around the team.
